Can I refer multiple people?

Does my friend have to be a new customer?

Yes. Referral discounts apply only to new customers making their first purchase.

What if my friend forgets to enter my code?

Referrals cannot be added retroactively. Please remind them to enter your code at checkout.

The SKTFILTER Referral Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers (“Referrers”) to earn cash rewards when they refer new customers (“Referred Customers”) to make a qualifying purchase at sktfilter.com (“Website”).

By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open only to individuals who:

· Are at least 18 years old, and

· Have made at least one prior purchase on sktfilter.com.

1.2 Businesses, agencies, influencers under paid contract, or individuals engaging in fraudulent behavior are not eligible.

1.3 Employees of SKTFILTER may participate only with permission.

2. How the Program Works

2.1 After completing a purchase, each customer may receive a personal referral code (“Referral Code”).

2.2 A Referred Customer must:

· Be a new customer to SKTFILTER,

· Place their first order using the Referrer’s Referral Code at checkout.

2.3 A qualifying referral must result in a completed and non-refunded order.

3. Rewards

3.1 For each qualifying referral, the Referrer earns $3 cash reward (“Referral Reward”).

3.2 For every five (5) qualifying referrals, the Referrer earns an additional $5 bonus.

3.3 Rewards are unlimited as long as all referrals comply with these Terms.

4. Reward Payment Timing

4.1 Referral Rewards and bonuses are issued 30 days after the Referred Customer’s order is completed, to allow for processing, cancellations, and returns.

4.2 Payments are issued on the 1st of each month via:

· Zelle,

· Venmo, or

· PayPal.

4.3 Referrers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of rewards:

· Creating multiple accounts or self-referring

· Posting referral codes on coupon websites

· Using paid ads to promote referral codes

· Misrepresenting SKTFILTER products

· Offering personal cash incentives beyond the Program

· Manipulating orders, returns, or fraud activity

· Any behavior that violates U.S. federal or state laws, or Shopify policies

6. No Multi-Level Rewards

6.1 The Program is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) program.
6.2 Rewards are paid only for direct referrals.
6.3 Referrers do not earn rewards from referrals made by other participants.

7. Taxes

7.1 Referral Rewards may be considered taxable income under applicable federal and state laws.
7.2 Referrers are solely responsible for reporting such income.
7.3 SKTFILTER is not responsible for any tax obligations.

8. Modifications and Termination

8.1 SKTFILTER reserves the right to:

· Modify the Program,

· Suspend rewards, or

· Terminate the Program at any time,

with or without prior notice.

8.2 Any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination from the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

SKTFILTER is not liable for:

· Payment delays caused by banking providers,

· Technical issues related to referral code tracking,

· Errors due to inaccurate user information,

· Lost or expired referral opportunities.

Participation in the Program is at the sole risk of the participant.

10. Privacy

Participation in the Program requires the collection of limited personal information.
All information is handled in accordance with the SKTFILTER Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
